Aligning through bolt holes with pre-drilled holes in the carrier beam or concrete, XINGRAIL 3120/17/38 Perforation Type forged Steel Flexible Self-Locking Crane Rail Clips are designed to hold the rail in place by using a bolt to pass through the platen. XINGRAIL Rail Clips are equipped with vulcanized monolithic rubber blocks, which greatly reduce noise and improve the working environment while securing the rail.

31 Series description

XINGRAIL3116/13/36 Crane Rail Retaining Clamps are constructed of Q355B hot forged steel and vulcanized rubber blocks that are dynamically adjustable with a self-locking feature that automatically locks the platen with a tilting platen cap and weldable base. Fixed to the LIGHT rail system. It has 1 set of M20 grade 8.8 high strength bolts. xingrail 3116/13/36 crane rail mounting clamps are bolted to the rail and can withstand a horizontal transverse force of 75KN (7.6 tons) with a horizontal adjustment of 17 mm. Its low profile allows it to be used with cranes equipped with guide wheels.
