Steel rails, also known as iron rails, can be used in ports, docks, metallurgical steel mills, railroads, tunnels, mines, factories, etc… Its role is to guide the locomotive wheels, to withstand the enormous pressure of the wheels and to maintain the stability of railroad transportation. The rails must provide a continuous, smooth and minimal rolling surface for the wheels. In electrified railroads or automatic blocking sections, rails can also be used as track circuits. The material of the rails determines the safety and service life of the rails.

Our Australian Standard AUS Railway Tracks are manufactured in strict accordance with the AS 1085.1 standard, the benchmark for rail infrastructure in Australia. These rails are engineered to provide a smooth, continuous rolling surface capable of withstanding the extreme wheel loads found in the Pilbara’s heavy-haul mining lines, as well as the high-frequency operations of major container terminals and ports.
The selection of the correct rail profile is critical for ensuring the longevity of your gantry crane or locomotive system. We supply a full range of sizes from 31kg light rail to 89kg heavy-duty profiles.

To ensure the stability of your Australian Standard AUS Tracks, we recommend using our specialized XINGRAIL Crane Rail Clips. The choice of clip depends on whether your installation requires a bolted or welded connection.
Ideal for environments requiring periodic maintenance or track realignment.
For 31kg – 50kg Rails: The 31 Series Bolted Clips, specifically the 3120/17/38, provide the necessary 17mm adjustment for bases up to 130mm.
For 60kg – 89kg Rails: The 32 Series Bolted Clips are recommended. Use the 3224/20/44 for the wider 152mm+ bases to handle extreme lateral forces.
Preferred for heavy-load gantry cranes and permanent industrial installations.
General Industrial: The 9 Series Welded Clips are the most versatile. Use the 9120/15/38 for standard AS profiles or the 9220/20/45 for high-capacity projects.
High-Impact Vibration: The 7 Series and 7216/20/39 model are designed to minimize noise and absorb heavy vibrations in smelting and port environments.
