Before the production, we will check and test the raw materials, and we will ask the suppliers to provide the production batch number, chemical composition, mechanical properties, and other testing indexes.
After the production of crane rail is completed, our quality control inspectors will carry out sample sampling and batch testing, and provide raw material certificates and other means to control the testing process.
According to the different requirements of the crane rail , we will carry out the corresponding physical and chemical tests and inspections , if the results do not meet our requirements , as long as it meets our standards , we will refuse to accept the material.
For semi-finished products of crane tracks and their external suppliers, we often organize quality control coordination meetings and provide technical advice and guidance. Ensure that qualified products are delivered to our customers before shipment.

Based on the technical parameters of the AREA Railway Standard Track (American Association of Railroad Engineering and Maintenance), the choice of crane rail clips depends primarily on the rail’s base width and the lateral force requirements of your crane.

Below are the recommended clip pairings for each specific AREA rail type listed on your page:

1. For Light-Duty Rails (90RA)

The 90RA rail has a base width of 130.18 mm. It is best suited for light to medium-duty gantry systems.

Bolted Option: 3120/17/38 Bolted Rail Fixing Clips – These provide a 17 mm adjustment range and are ideal for 130mm base widths.
Welded Option: 9116/08/3 Welded Crane Rail Clamp or 9120/15/38 series for a more permanent, high-stability installation.

2. For Medium-Duty Rails (115RE)

The 115RE rail has a base width of 139.7 mm. This is a common choice for industrial workshops.

Bolted Option: 3220/17/38 Bolted Rail Clips – This heavy-duty bolted series is designed to withstand higher lateral loads than the 31 series.
Welded Option: 9216/08/40 Welded Rail Clamp – Part of the high-strength 9 Series, offering superior vibration resistance.

3. For Heavy-Duty Rails (136RE & 175LBs)

Both the 136RE and 175LBs rails have a base width of 152.4 mm (6 inches). These are used in extreme environments like mining tracks and container ports.

Bolted Option: 3224/20/44 Bolted Clips or 3222/17/44 – These larger clips are essential for the 152mm base to ensure the self-locking rubber tongue makes full contact with the rail flange.
Welded Option: 9220/20/45 Welded Fastening Clamp – This is the standard for heavy-haul AREA tracks. It offers a 20 mm adjustment range to compensate for installation tolerances on large steel beams.
Specialized Option: 7216/20/39 Welded Crane Rail Clamp – Often used in heavy container unloading bridges due to its high twisting force resistance.
